Scheltema Inheritance
January 31, 2012
A good man (or woman) leaves an inheritance to his children’s children. Proverbs 13:22
Seven years ago, my grandma passed away. She was a farmer’s wife, a believer in Jesus and a missionary’s mother. I didn’t know her that well, but when I read this verse, I think of her. In her legacy, she left a small bit of money for each of her grandchildren. I used her inheritance to enroll in a writing course. It took me six years, but I finished.
Thanks Grandma!

Nice!
ha! I started this course when I was pregnant with Cainan, but didn’t finish it. I didn’t realize you were taking it too! Good job sticking with it!
btw- this picture is one of my faves because it reminds me so much of my kids. =)
I remember you telling me that. Better late than never!
Kay, that is a wonderful way to remember your Grandmother. Good for you!
I’m so proud of you. Now let’s see some of the material for the children!
PS. Which kid in that picture is grandpa?
The middle sized one on the right.
